A simple fragrance, its very classic with an updated edge to it.
The citruses at the top are very vibrant, energetic. Lemons, limes, oranges mixed together in a fizzy drink.
Not long after the herbs start to come into play mostly sage and tarragon. Not much here in terms of florals.
It has a creaminess to it from the sandalwood, and an earthy tone from a classic oak moss note rarely found in modern perfumery.
In the same genre as Dior’s Eau Sauvage but more updated and unisex.
I could see an open minded man or adventurous woman wearing this, it certainly has a little something in it for each sex, but the dry down is definitely darker, more masculine.
Easy wear in all seasons, subtle, yet longer lasting than the EDC’s in the genre.
The quality is there, but this is certainly an acquired taste.
Echos from the past while maintaining modern appeal.
